Janet Conner is an accomplished rug hooker, knitter, and punch needle artist as well as a historian, teacher, repair technician, author, and community resource. She has taught hundreds of people to hook and has a website full of patterns, books, notions, kits and tutorials. Conner recently published the book MAGNIFICENT HOOKED RUGS: Inspired by the Art of Western Civilization and has other books she is currently researching or writing.
