Membership

We invite fiber artists, fiber producers, and friends to help us support Maine fiber by joining and building this organization.Conner demo

Individual Members receive our periodic, resource-filled newsletter. Individual Members are encouraged to send up to 20 digital images of their art, craft, farm, school or business along with a brief bio or resumé for inclusion in our image library which is used continually at our Center/Gallery and on tour at events. Digital images are accepted (20 images, approximately 4x6 inch, 300 dpi, as tiffs) when supplied on CD that is mailed to the office. Images sent via email are not accepted.

Professional Members receive our newsletter and can send up to 10 digital images for our image library. They may also send up to 200 copies of one printed piece (brochure, business card, postcard, or flyer) for our Pocketboard, a trifold linen screen with pockets on display at our Center/Gallery.

Supporting Members, Sustaining Members, Advocates and Patrons receive all the benefits that Professional Members enjoy plus the knowledge that they are helping to advance fiber art and farms. Members at these levels may give up to 60 digital images for our image library and may keep a personal "brag book" of art images on file at our Center.
