It was a birthday party and a month-long exhibit in The Red Studio.
In May of 2014, The Red Studio housed a unique exhibit of the fiber work of friends and family of Maine Fiberarts' bff, supporter and advisor, Carolyn Wollen. The exhibit included memorable items of Carolyn's as well as fiber art work of others that was special to her.
Maine Fiberarts created a sort of "memento" booklet that listed all the items with a short description, plus a short bio of each of the contributors. Photos of the exhibit, which was held at the same time as the Masters show in the main galleries, are interspersed througout the pages. Limited copies of the 44 page book were printed, but a digital version of the book is available here in two different formats for your viewing pleasure.
- Download an iOS compatible "e-pub" that will open in the iBooks app on iPad, iPhone or Mac. It is a large (24MB) so it will take longer to load than an ordinary photograph.
- As an alternative, you can view and/or download a PDF file to your computer or mobile device.
